The advertised price for each vehicle represents the vehicle’s advertised purchase price and includes all mandatory dealer charges and fees that are required to be included in the advertised price under applicable California law.
The advertised price does not include government-imposed taxes and fees, including applicable sales/use tax, DMV registration, title, license, and other government-required fees, which vary based on the buyer’s registration address and vehicle transaction. Finance charges are also excluded when applicable.
These dealer charges are disclosed separately and are not government fees. Applicable charges will be itemized and disclosed to the customer before completion of the transaction.

Used vehicles may have normal wear and tear consistent with their age, mileage, and condition. Vehicle availability, mileage, equipment, specifications, and condition are subject to change and should be independently verified before purchase.

Advertised prices are subject to correction if an inadvertent typographical, data-entry, or other bona fide error occurs. PRO X Motors will not intentionally misrepresent the price, availability, condition, or terms of a vehicle.
All applicable taxes, government fees, optional products, finance charges, and other transaction-specific charges will be disclosed and itemized as required by law before the customer signs the applicable purchase or financing documents.
